I have asp upload component which I have used on dozens of sites and recently aquired version 3.

I have 2 forms on the site one that put one picture into a record and resizes. the other form is a multiple upload to associate the extra pics with this record using the tutorial with a hidden field. both uplo0ad to a folder on the server called sitemimages.

This works perfectly on my machine.

I went to see a client on a network and the first form works but dumps the file in the root not the specified directory.
The muliple upload simply gives and i/o error in the flash component.

Any clues as to how the network is working and how can we ensure this does not happen and the client can upload from their office/
