I updated my SIP 2 to the newest version and purchased the Flash HTML editor and installed those today and now I'm getting the following error when I try to open any page with Smart Image Processor 1.1.5 on it or if I try to add SIP 1.1.5 to a page.

Unable to open script file "C\Program Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver 8\Configuration\Shared\DMXZone\Scripts\SmartDataURLTextField.js" (error 3)

Check to see if you can run SIP1.1.5 and SIP2 together, though I saw something about un-installing SIP1 under curtain circumstamces.

Until I installed the SIP 2.0.3 update, both SIP 1.1.5 and 2.0.2 played nice together.

After I posted my bug report I removed both versions and installed 1.1.5 and 2.0.2 (previous version to yesterdays update) and now have a stable install again.

This didn't fix whatever was wrong with 2.0.3, but at least I can work again.
