I need to create a news page that uses a MS Access database as the backend. I don't have any problems creating the News page that receives the text data from the database and I don't have problems creating the insert/update/delete record pages.

I get stuck at the point where I want the viewer to be able to upload files to the web server and the create a link from the News Page to the uploaded file. (The file may be a pdf,.doc,.ppt, image or video)

Basically, I want to create a set of pages to enable users to insert/update a news item and include a link to a file that they have uploaded. The form needs to be all in one as well.

Can anyone tell me how to do this or point me to some good but 'english' tutorials.
