Ultrasuite extensions - whats going on?

Hi Everybody,
I bought 2 days ago the ultrasuite extensions but havent had any email from them with the download link.
Is there a problem with them? Have they got a telephone number that i can call?
I tried all the possible emails, and so far i had no response back.

If you guys know of anything like this please let me know, or am i doing anything wrong????

It seems that this is a problem with J.S and Ultrasuite.
I did the same mistake and bought the upgrade of Ultrasuit for DW8 4 days ago.
My creditcard was charged through PayPal, and that was it. No downlod instructions!
I sent an email and asked for the dowloadinstructions and got an email fron J.S. 2 days ago that he had to investigate this and should get back to me within few hours. (Seems like long hours)

I have been using these extensions for several years now and been registered on this forum for the same amount of time. and it used to be the case you'd get a reply within hours if you email sales or

It seems to me that no-one looks at the site emails anymore and even less at what people are saying about the support.

As has been said, we have payed good dollars for these extensions and because of system upgrades and problems we sometimes have to re-install more than 3 times.

I have no problem with this crazy system if when we need to we can get them reactivated but as it is now is just plain unfair to your loyal customers.

Make this site what it once was and pay some attention to it !!!!

Finaly I got a feedback from J.S. and has recived my extensions, so I think you have to be a little bit patient with this guy.
The extensions are great.
