I installed the bootstrap extension into Dreamweaver cc. It worked great for a few days then all of a sudden each time I save a page the link to bootstrap.responsive.css is removed from the html. Deleting and re-installing the extension does not solve the problem. The bootstrap scaffolding icons are also re-generated in a random order each time the extension is installed.
I've ended up deleting the extension and going back to hand coding my bootstrap pages
Has anyone else had this problem ?

can you provide more details on your set-up :
OS, DW version, Extension Version, EM version?

OS is win 7 ultimate, Dreamweaver CC and the latest bootstrap extension (I downloaded it again). I don't know what you mean by "EM version".

I have in the mean time installed the mxp extension into Dreamweaver CS6
and it's working fine So far bootstrap.responsive.css is saved each time.

There is a bit of a problem in Dreamweaver design view with Dreamweaver not displaying rows/columns where they are supposed to be but I think that is a Dreamweaver rendering problem.
I make an adjustment in code view and everything jumps back into position
