Do you use Live Preview when designing pages with dynamic data?

Ultradev & Dreamweaver MX/MX2004 (& DW 8) have a Live Preview mode that allows dynamic pages to render inside Dreamweaver so we may see if our Bindings and Repeat Regions are all looking good... But do you use it?

Some may find they never use it since they're uploading their pages anyway. Some may never use it due to connection/performance issues. Some may swear by it!
