Hello, I was trying to make a paragraph anchor to another paragraph withing the same scroller... and I haven't been able to do it. Can you please guide me to the right tutorial or help me fix this issue? I have version 1.16. Thanks for the help

You can't use a normal hyperlink to scroll to an anchor in the scroller. You need to use the special behavior called "Scroll to Anchor".
