dreamweaver is losing my username/password info for my site everytime i close the program. i'll add it all back and check "save" but it doesn't matter. never had this problem in earlier versions. i have multiple site but so far i've only had problems with one in particular.

anyone else having this problem?

I am also interested in getting some answers regarding this issue with Dreamweaver. The most frustrating part is that it only seems to affect one site, the rest work well.

I really don't want to re-install DW.

I had this problem and I ran the updater for 8.0.2 (www.adobe.com/support/dreamweaver/downloads_updaters.html). It looks like it's fixed the problem.

the update to 8.0.2 fixed it for me. It appears that this is related to the installation of the IE7 beta, in my case the problem definitely started then, I found a post elsewhere that suggested that just having IE7 caused this problem.

Dreamweaver was not able to save my ftp password as well, however running the updater solved the problem. THANKS!

I installed IE7 last night and then ran into the FTP password problem this morning.
Also fixed via the updater thanks to the great info on this forum.

I am having the same problem. I re-installed DW8. I ran the update and it didn't help. It seems to work for others. Any other ideas.
